    This two-day symposium and lecture series is designed to provide an engaging and interactive forum to discuss the latest advances in the fields benign and malignant and classical hematology and includes both local experts from the Western New York region as well as invited nationally recognized experts from elsewhere in the United States.  This symposium will provide in-depth coverage of the full spectrum of malignant hematology topics including lymphoid, myeloid, and plasma cell neoplasms, as well as classical hematology topics and considerations for special populations.

    ACCREDITATION

    Physicians' Education Resource®, LLC has approved this knowledge-based activity for 8.00 ACPE CE hours on Day 1 (UAN # 0661-9999-26-003-L01-P) and 6.25 ACPE CE hours on Day 2 (UAN # 0661-9999-26-004-L01-P). Eligibility for credits requires full attendance, engagement in the live activity, completion and submission of activity evaluation, NABP e-pid# and month/date of birth within 30 days of activity completion. No partial credits are given. These UAN #s expires August 26, 2026. 

    Medical Oncologists (ABIM)

    Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 14.25 MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.
