    Pediatric Atopic Dermatitis: Role of Advanced Topical Therapies in Optimizing Management

    OVERVIEW

    Atopic dermatitis typically has an onset before the age of 5 years, and persistent AD beyond infancy may affect approximately 50% of patients diagnosed with AD during childhood. The condition can have substantial effects on the quality of life of both patients and their families. In this program, expert faculty will provide insights and updates on the use of topical therapies in children with AD to help learners provide personalized treatment.

    LEARNING OBJECTIVES

    • Evaluate safety and efficacy of FDA-approved topical therapies for managing AD in children
    • Develop a personalized AD treatment plan incorporating novel topical therapies based on child-specific needs & clinical characteristics


    TARGET AUDIENCE

    This program is directed toward dermatology NPs, PAs, and other healthcare professionals involved in the diagnosis and management of patients with AD.
