- One hundred percent (100%) prepayment is required at the time of the reservation, with the following sliding scale to apply for cancellations:
- If canceled by December 31, 2025 — 50% refund on entire stay
- If canceled by January 1, 2025-January 29, 2026 — 10% refund on entire stay
- If canceled on or after January 30, 2026 — no refund

Attendees securing hotel reservations in the conference room block must be registered to attend the 43rd Annual Miami Breast Cancer Conference®. On or about February 1, 2026, PER® and the Fontainebleau Reservations Department will audit all guest room reservations within the conference room block. If you are not registered at that time, PER® reserves the right to cancel the reservation booked.
The deadline for making your discounted hotel reservations was Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at 5:00 PM EST. If you experience any challenges with hotel accommodations, please contact onc-info@gotoper.com.
A deposit equal to the full stay is required to hold each guest’s reservation. Deposits are refundable if notice is received at least 6 weeks prior to the day of arrival and a cancellation number is received. All deposits shall be charged at the time the reservation is made.
For groups requesting blocks of 10 or more rooms, the following policy shall be employed by the hotel:
Check-in is 4 PM, and checkout is 11 AM.

The Fontainebleau Miami Beach Hotel is located on Collins Avenue, which overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and is 3 miles from South Beach. It is conveniently located near both the Miami and Fort Lauderdale International airports.
Travel
We recommend that you make your reservations early to get the best seat options and lowest airfare available. Miami International Airport (MIA) is the major gateway serving the Miami area and is approximately 12 miles from the Fontainebleau Miami Beach. The Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL) is 28 miles from the Fontainebleau.
